What awaits you with us

• You advise and support companies of all sizes and legal forms, as well as entrepreneurial personalities.
• As part of our expert team, you will process and review ongoing and project-related tax issues for our national and international clients.
• You identify potential in existing mandates, develop them further, and participate in the acquisition and onboarding process of new mandates.
• You initiate improvements in internal organization and take on leadership responsibility for team and tax assistants (m/f/d).
• Within our leadership development program, you will be specifically prepared for partnership with equity participation within 12-18 months.
• As a partner (m/f/d), you will actively shape the strategic direction of the firm and take responsibility for its sustainable success.

What you bring with you

• As a tax advisor (m/f/d), you have excellent knowledge of current tax law.
• You want to take the next career step and assume responsibility at an entrepreneurial level.
• You work independently and conscientiously and enjoy complex tax issues.
• You bring extensive professional practical experience.
• You are interested in international tax law.
• You value independent action and professionally interesting tasks.
• You have initial experience in leading employees.
• You have very good German and good English skills.
• Ideally, you have good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office.
