Your Responsibilities

Do you want to actively contribute to the growth of a company and turn big plans into reality? Then join our team! As part of our team, you will take on the following tasks:

• Your role will be equally divided between business partnering in the sales area with a focus on costs and working in the Group Controlling team.
• You will act as an independent business partner for selected business areas and ideally have national or international mobility experience.
• You will independently prepare financial data and derive well-founded recommendations for action for the reporting of your business areas.
• You will be responsible for month-end closing, all forecasts, and short-, medium-, and long-term planning for your assigned business area.
• You will create reports, conduct analyses independently, and present the results in meaningful presentations, including variance analyses.
• You will define requirements for process automation and independently implement process optimizations.
• Within your role in the Group Controlling team, you will take over and manage central controlling sub-processes such as month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and medium- to long-term planning at the company level.
• You will actively participate in the content and conceptual support and further development of controlling systems, particularly SAP, planning and consolidation tools, and PowerBI reporting.

Your Profile

• You are proficient with SAP and planning solutions and have already gained initial experience with PowerBI. You also possess strong conceptual understanding and high abstraction skills.
• You have a strong sense of teamwork and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Your work style is independent, structured, and proactive. A high affinity for numbers combined with good communication skills completes your profile.
• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
