Your Responsibilities

• You evaluate trends and innovations and derive measures such as design systems, research, and accessibility from them.
• You lead the UX team both technically and disciplinarily, develop talent, and take on coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
• You ensure the quality and consistency of concepts, guidelines, flows, and patterns, and establish best practices.
• You further develop processes, methods, and standards (DesignOps) and ensure alignment and reusability.
• You are responsible for UX tools, libraries, and components, and conduct training for enablement.
• You work closely with relevant interfaces and stakeholders, manage expectations, and coordinate roadmaps.

Your Profile

• You have experience in UX leadership and strategic product design.
• You possess a deep understanding of UX design, research, accessibility, and DesignOps.
• You bring strong leadership and coaching skills.
• You have excellent communication and moderation skills.
• You have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken, at a very high level.
