We are a certified employer
Our employees trust us. We are regularly recognized as an employer by independent institutions, e.g., as Top Employer Germany and Great Place to Work! After achieving our Green Pledge climate goal in 2023 by reducing carbon emissions in our own business operations by 50.4% compared to the baseline year 2019, we have set ambitious net-zero climate goals. The targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. DKV Mobility is committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across the entire value chain by 2050, based on a 2022 baseline year. Want to do something for climate protection? Follow us on our journey to net-zero.
We have been growing for around 90 years
We have been growing for around 90 years. How do we do it? We continuously adapt our products and business model to changing customer needs. This keeps us mobile and allows us to master every challenge that the future holds.
In addition, there are many other good reasons to work at DKV Mobility. For example, we offer capital-forming benefits, a company health management program, discounted gym memberships, and support you in leasing your e-bike through our partner Jobrad!

Your Responsibilities
Do you want to actively contribute to the growth of a company and turn big plans into reality? Then join our team! Exciting challenges, an inspiring environment, and a work culture that combines flexibility and collaboration await you – with our 60/40 rule and modern offices in Ratingen as a meeting point for ideas. As part of our team, you will take on the following tasks:
- As Technical Administrator Charge Points, you will be part of our Technical Customer Care Team and responsible for the technical and operational support of our charging infrastructure in the @Home & @Work segment.
- You will work closely with partners, installers, product management, operations, and internal departments – with the goal of providing our customers with a reliable, high-quality charging experience.
- You will actively support the further development and implementation of the European eMobility strategy and contribute your operational experience to strategic initiatives and concepts.
- You will plan, organize, and coordinate appointments, training sessions, and technical events, ensuring smooth operations in the day-to-day business.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders from technology, product management, sales, and partners, ensuring a continuous and transparent flow of information.
- You will continuously analyze and further develop customer care processes in the @Home & @Work area.
- You will identify optimization potential, implement new, efficient processes, and take responsibility for quality standards in your area.
- You will actively participate in cross-departmental projects and take on (partial) project management for technical and organizational topics. To do this, you will research and evaluate technical and market-relevant information and derive targeted quality assurance measures.
- You will work confidently with relevant systems such as ticketing, monitoring, and backend systems, as well as partner portals. You will create, analyze, and use KPIs and technical evaluations to manage operational quality.
- You will handle simple technical inquiries regarding AC charging infrastructure, perform initial diagnoses, analyze error patterns, and initiate appropriate measures.
- You will assist with technical inquiries from partners and suppliers (e.g., Greenflux, hardware manufacturers), clarify interface issues, and ensure the exchange of technical information.
- You will provide advice on standard products and installation issues based on technical documentation and support installers and external partners with technical questions.
- You will advise on technical specifications for AC chargers and support with installation and configuration issues, and conduct standard technical training for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electronics Technician for Operations Technology, or equivalent) or technical vocational training with an electrical engineering focus, or demonstrable professional experience in the electrical engineering field.
- You show initiative and have a confident demeanor.
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
