What awaits you

  • You will manage and monitor performance relationships with external partners and service providers.
  • You will also support the description, tendering, and procurement of new IT services, as well as the selection of suitable service providers.
  • Furthermore, you will develop existing services, SLAs, and KPIs and optimize them in terms of quality, compliance, and costs.
  • You will also review new technologies or solution approaches and make recommendations for future business requirements.
  • You will monitor the deployed applications and services and ensure their stability.
  • You will also analyze disruptions and ensure sustainable resolution in second-level support.
  • In addition, you will plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from realization through testing to rollout and safely transfer them into operation.
  • You will develop IAM processes such as identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and re-certifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What distinguishes you

  • You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification and ideally possess certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certifications.
  • You have relevant professional experience in IT service management, including incident, change, and release management.
  • Additionally, you have sound IAM know-how, particularly in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and re-certifications.
  • You also have experience in managing service providers and in managing SLAs and KPIs.
  • You are also capable of structurally transferring projects into stable operation and resolving complex disruptions in second-level support.
  • You have good technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services.
  • You can also confidently use ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and have basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting.
  • In addition, you work analytically, structurally, and independently, and communicate confidently in German and English.
