What awaits you

• You will be responsible for the reliable operation and continuous development of our entire Microsoft 365 platform -- including Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• You will ensure the technical operation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and develop suitable governance and authorization concepts.
• Furthermore, you will automate recurring tasks and processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to drive efficiency and standardization.
• You will ensure that all information security and compliance requirements are met, for example within the framework of ISO 27001 and through the use of Purview DLP and Sensitivity Labels.
• In addition, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, actively develop new AI use cases, and support their introduction in the company.
• You will conduct training sessions and short workshops in the Microsoft 365 environment to prepare colleagues for modern and AI-powered ways of working.

What distinguishes you

• You have a completed degree in computer science or a comparable technical qualification.
• You have relevant professional experience in the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 services.
• You have sound knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• You are proficient in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• You have practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its governance concepts.
• You are familiar with the requirements for security and compliance, especially when dealing with ISO 27001, Purview DLP, and audits.
• You work independently and are committed to teamwork, and you can maintain an overview even in complex environments.
• Your very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
