What You Will Do

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI and SAP BW dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for our Finance and Mobility platforms.
• Develop reusable, standardized reporting templates adhering to our UX and data governance guidelines.
• Model data in Power BI Desktop using best practices (e.g., star schemas, relationships, hierarchies, DAX measures), collaborating closely with Product Owners and the Finance team.
• Optimize data models for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Provide support, error analysis, and troubleshooting for report users, including advanced users.

What You Bring

• Minimum of three years of experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Strong expertise in DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M).
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, MDX, and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, preferably Azure-based, and SAP BW / SAP Data Sphere.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or data catalog tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating professional analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic with a strong results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English, with clear and convincing communication skills.
