Your Responsibilities:

  • Confidently communicate with international partners, addressing their requests competently, committedly, and with a service-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrate multitasking skills by actively listening to partners while efficiently using systems like MS Office and SAP, acting as a key interface between Sales Partners and DKV departments.
  • Respond to partner inquiries in writing in a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Tackle complex requests with timely and tailored solutions to create lasting positive partner experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Partners, regularly conducting training on process changes and new products.
  • Address and explain products like Toll, Refund, and eMobility, driving you to achieve top performance.
  • Support partners daily with strong commitment, integrity, and a customer focus, embodying our claim "You drive, we care."

What Sets You Apart

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally, experience working with B2B customers.
  • A commercial apprenticeship or the willingness to transition careers; your motivation and strong customer orientation are paramount.
  • A solution-oriented approach, focusing on pragmatic answers.
  • Friendly, positive communication style and a hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to take ownership and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and comfort working with numbers.
  • Excellent written and spoken German, English, and French skills; additional languages are a plus.
