Your Responsibilities

  • Further and new development of application molds and primary packaging, taking into account budget, deadlines, and technical requirements
  • Management and processing of injection mold topics (e.g., new construction, repair, maintenance, relocation, scrapping)
  • Planning and coordination of collaboration with cooperation partners and suppliers within the scope of product developments and changes
  • Independent, structured processing of tasks assigned by department or project management
  • Active support in the development of new product ideas and concepts

Your Profile

  • Completed engineering studies, e.g., in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, medical technology, or production technology
  • Experience in technical product development and plastics technology, ideally in the field of plastic injection molding, toolmaking, or primary packaging
  • Experience in planning, managing, and implementing technical projects, taking into account budget, deadlines, and quality
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills in professional collaboration with internal interfaces and external partners
  • Analytical thinking skills as well as openness to new ideas and technical solutions
  • Strong technical understanding and high problem-solving competence
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
