Job Description:
As Territory Manager Industrial Air Filtration (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the sales of dust collection and extraction systems for industrial air purification in Northern/Eastern Germany. You will manage resellers, OEMs, and end customers, working flexibly from home and directly at the customer's site.

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for sustainable and profitable sales growth in the Northern/Eastern Germany sales territory
- Active sales of industrial air filtration solutions and services
- Independent management, development, and expansion of the customer base (resellers, OEMs, end customers)
- Technical customer consultation and development of customized solutions in collaboration with internal departments
- Expansion of market presence through identification and development of new market segments
- Management and documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system, including forecasts and reporting
- Close collaboration with project engineering teams for the successful implementation of customer projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed degree or apprenticeship, ideally with a technical background
- Professional experience in sales of complex technical products
- Very good German and good English skills
- High willingness to travel and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Residence in the Northern/Eastern Germany sales territory and possibility of working from home
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial filtration, air purification, or related process technologies
- Knowledge of CRM systems and structured sales management
- Experience in project business or technical solution sales
- Confident demeanor at various decision-making levels
