Your Impact with Us:

As a Junior Consultant, you will be fully involved. You won't just support projects, you'll drive them forward with fresh ideas – from the initial sketch to "Go-Live".

• Talent Acquisition & Direct Search: You'll learn the ropes from scratch: from targeted direct search through modern channels and social networks to identifying the best minds on the market.
• Networking & Candidate Experience: You are the link between our clients and talents. You'll conduct interviews, support candidates with appreciation throughout the entire application process, and ensure an outstanding experience.
• Client Relationship & Culture: If necessary, you'll conduct visits to our clients to gain a deep understanding of their processes, culture, and challenges, and to foster our relationship sustainably.
• Hands-on People Ops: You'll support various client projects with full commitment. The spectrum ranges from optimizing onboarding processes to supporting hiring negotiations.
• Trend-Scouting: You'll keep an eye out for the latest P&C trends and market changes, actively bringing this knowledge into our projects.
• Data & Analytics: You'll assist in analyzing recruiting data to identify trends and make processes measurably better.
• Process Design: Together with our Senior Consultants, you'll help to efficiently build and rebuild HR structures and systems for our clients.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Foundation: You have completed your studies (Bachelor/Master) or a corresponding apprenticeship. The field of study is secondary. Your logical reasoning skills count.
• Mindset: You have a "face-to-client" mentality, are empathetic, and think like a small entrepreneur.
• Ownership: You enjoy working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and love finding creative solutions.
• Organizational Talent: Juggling multiple balls at once is fun for you. And if it gets too much? You communicate it openly. We are a team!
• Curiosity: You want to understand how different industries tick and are absolutely discreet and professional while doing so.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German and English (our internal company language).
