We're currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager (m/f/d) to join our team -- someone who keeps an eye on everything and helps ensure our shop delivers an outstanding experience. ✨

Your Key-Responsibilities:

• Manage products in Shopify: Coordinate with our creative and supply chain teams to ensure content and implementation are on point.
• Sales landing pages & conversion optimization: Continuously improve our sales pages through data-driven insights -- including A/B testing, performance tracking, and conversion-focused adjustments.
• Plan sales & launches: Execute international promotions and product launches smoothly and effectively.
• CRM alignment: Ensure the online shop is perfectly tailored to customer needs through close coordination with our CRM strategy.
• Conduct regular shop checks: Monitor stock levels, technical functionality, and on-site details to keep everything running smoothly.

What you bring to the table:

• Shopify expertise: You already have some hands-on experience as a Junior Shop Manager or in a similar role.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You enjoy working with different teams such as Social Media, Supply Chain Management, and Creative.
• Attention to detail: You have an eye for what matters -- ensuring the shop not only runs smoothly but also looks polished and professional.
• Passion for beauty & nails: You identify with our brand and products and are genuinely interested in the world of beauty.
