A job that matters: your tasks

  • Develop and implement a global procurement strategy for the categories of fleet management and e-mobility
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and regional stakeholders
  • Standardize vehicle categories, supplier structures, leasing models, and charging infrastructure worldwide
  • Negotiate global framework agreements in coordination with Regional Category Managers (RCMs) and support local and regional teams in contract negotiations
  • Conduct professional global tenders (RFx), including offer evaluation, assessment, and negotiation
  • Identify and realize global synergy potentials to optimize costs and efficiency
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, including supplier management and performance tracking (KPIs, SLAs)
  • Develop global car policies (e.g., CO₂ limits, EV quotas, use of telematics) and optimize relevant processes across the vehicle lifecycle
  • Promote e-mobility within the company and support the implementation of sustainability goals (e.g., reduction of fleet emissions)
  • Act as an escalation point for quality issues and drive global synergies, standardization, harmonization, and transparency in collaboration with regions and markets

An experience that matters: your skills

  • Completed studies in a commercial or technical field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement with a focus on fleet management, automotive, or e-mobility
  • In-depth knowledge of fleet strategies, vehicle standards, leasing models, and sustainable mobility solutions
  • Passion for innovative mobility concepts and transformation
  • Proven success in conducting global tenders and negotiations in an international environment
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working with international teams
  • Strong communication skills and excellent networking abilities
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, strategic insight, and assertiveness
  • Experience in leading or supporting employees is an advantage
