TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Implementing the brand strategy and positioning for assigned sub-brands based on market, consumer, and competitive insights
  • Creating and implementing brand elements such as image language and tone of voice in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Optimizing the product portfolio to improve performance, consumer experience, and shelf productivity
  • Managing the full product development process from ideation and briefing to launch, including price setting, design, and formula development
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in design, supply chain, sourcing, and activation to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
  • Working closely with producers to co-develop or enhance products, resolve quality issues, and meet standards with support from the CB quality team
  • Creating and executing integrated activation plans including promotions and format guidelines in alignment with cluster managers
  • Monitoring sales performance and shopper feedback to identify and implement improvements

Your Skills

Alongside these competencies, we're looking for the following skills:

  • Several years of experience in product development and brand management, ideally in the beauty or international FMCG industry
  • Retail experience is an advantage
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Deep brand understanding and consumer-centric mindset
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
