Tasks with Impact
As part of our E-Commerce team, you will support the expansion and optimization of our affiliate marketing activities in various European markets. With your analytical eye and passion for digital marketing, you will significantly contribute to increasing revenue and brand awareness.
- Plan, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing activities and budgets to achieve revenue and conversion goals in defined markets.
- Set up and continuously optimize campaigns, promotions, and product data feeds to increase performance.
- Analyze campaign results, derive recommendations for action, and make data-driven decisions to improve CRR and conversion rates.
- Maintain and develop relationships with networks, agencies, and key partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams from Display, SEA/PSM, Social Commerce, CRM, Data & MarTech to ensure integrated campaigns.
- Monitor market and technology trends, identify optimization potential, and drive automation in daily business.
- Regularly review sales data and ensure correct invoicing and commission payments.
Your Skills
We pursue a competence-based and fair recruiting approach, so we look beyond your previous experience to understand how you achieve results, embrace change as an opportunity, and work successfully in a team.
In addition to these competencies, we are particularly interested in the following skills:
- Successfully completed studies in Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN, EasyMarketing), Adobe Analytics, web tracking, and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of relevant performance marketing KPIs and strong analytical skills.
- Project management skills and a good sense for market and customer trends.
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Good command of German and English.
