Your Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and implementation of halion software solutions on customer systems and managed servers
• Setup, maintenance, and operation of time tracking hardware and access control systems
• Execution of software updates, upgrades, and patches
• First and second-level support for customers via phone, email, and remote maintenance
• Analysis, documentation, and tracking of support tickets in helpdesk and service tools
• Close collaboration with internal departments and external IT and hardware partners
• Depending on interests and knowledge after onboarding: Participation in escalation management, technical consulting, or support for software development

What We Expect From You:

• Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., IT system merchant, IT specialist, system electronics technician), degree, or comparable practical experience
• Experience in IT system technology, business software, middleware, or time tracking systems
• Confident use of helpdesk and ticket systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Zammad)
• Basic knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data structures
• Structured, analytical working method and high customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills and fluent English
• Willingness for occasional work during off-peak hours or on weekends
