What you bring

• Outstanding academic degree (preferably Master's) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable fields of study
• Relevant practical experience / internships in retail, the consumer goods industry, IT, or management consulting
• Affinity for IT strategy, IT management, and IT transformation issues
• High interest in digitalization and technology trends and their integration into the IT organization
• Understanding of common software architecture and programming paradigms is advantageous
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Exceptional commitment, reliability, and a strong team spirit
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Moderate willingness to travel
