Software Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Support Specialist (m/f/d) to assist our clients in the public sector, specifically school authorities and schools. You will provide remote, phone, and in-person support for our products, ensuring clients can utilize them efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through product setup and operation via remote maintenance, phone, and personal consultation.
• Advise and support clients on product usage via phone and email for efficient application.
• Identify and implement solutions for diverse school requirements.
• Enable clients to resume work quickly by resolving issues and implementing optimal solutions collaboratively.
• Conduct occasional software training sessions and online webinars.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and customer-orientedly.
• Act as a customer contact, problem-solver, and service ambassador, communicating tactfully and confidently in writing and verbally in German and English.
• Willingness to learn a complex software system, with a basic understanding of new media and modern software.
• Good knowledge of common Office applications and Microsoft operating systems.
• Team player with reliability, organizational skills, and initiative.
• Ideally, prior experience in software support.
