Your core tasks include:

• You are responsible for written and telephone support of clients and individual consultation of key accounts.
• The legal and technical review of incoming complaints and reimbursement decisions based on the scale of fees for doctors (GOÄ/UV-GOÄ) is also part of your area of responsibility.
• You support patients and clients with arguments in asserting claims for services.
• Case-specific negotiations with payers complete your field of activity.

Your profile includes:

• You have completed training as a medical assistant, healthcare administrator, or a comparable qualification.
• You have basic knowledge of medical terminology and the application of GOÄ/UV-GOÄ as well as IGeL knowledge.
• Ideally, you have good IT skills in MS Office.
• A high level of service and customer orientation characterizes you.
• You convince with excellent communication skills and a strong command of language.
• Your working method is independent and structured.
• Your organizational talent and decision-making ability complete your personality profile.
