Your Responsibilities

Are you a graduate whose heart beats for holistic real estate consulting and are you looking for a diverse range of tasks in the areas of asset and portfolio analysis, development consulting, due diligence, construction monitoring, and distressed assets? • Consulting our clients on technical, economic, and organizational matters in the planning, construction, and operation phases of real estate.
• Participating in technical due diligence processes and technical inventory surveys.
• Contributing to the development of sustainable portfolio & property strategies and associated concepts.
• Participating in the support of construction projects within the scope of project monitoring and controlling activities.
• Contributing to the creation of profitability analyses as well as construction-technical, sustainable, and economic project analyses.
• Assisting in report creation and preparing presentations.
• Contributing innovative ideas and willingness to further develop our tools.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial practical experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility is an advantage, including internships or working student positions.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Willingness to travel domestically depending on the project.
• Willingness to perform, high commitment, and strong teamwork skills.
• Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented work environment.
