About the job

DRIP is one of the leading A/B testing agencies for D2C brands in the DACH region.

Our goal: Maximize conversion rates through rapid A/B testing and radical customer insights.

We help brands like Snocks, Kickz, Blackroll, Hellofresh, Holy, or Elevate optimize their conversion rates.

We are scaling -- and are looking for a Cold Caller to fill the top of the funnel and book qualified meetings for our sales team.

The Position: Cold Caller

As a Cold Caller, you are the first voice potential customers of DRIP hear.

You open doors at D2C brands, awaken interest in the first 10 seconds, and hand over qualified leads to our Account Executives.

You work closely with the Sales & Founder team, test new approaches and scripts, and measurably develop yourself based on your numbers.

You love the phone, are not thrown off by a "no," and know: Cold calling is a craft -- not a game of chance.

Your Tasks

  • Outbound Calling: You conduct qualified cold calls daily to D2C brands in the DACH region.
  • Lead Qualification: You recognize in the conversation whether a lead is a fit -- and hand it over cleanly to the AE.
  • Meeting Booking: You book qualified appointments in the calendars of our Account Executives.
  • Multichannel Outreach: You combine calls with LinkedIn & email for maximum impact.
  • CRM & Reporting: You document cleanly in Close, track your KPIs, and continuously optimize.
  • Script Testing: You test openings, pitches, and objection handling -- and iterate based on data.

Qualification

Must-Haves:

  • You are not afraid of the phone -- on the contrary.
  • Strong communication skills in German (Native) & English.
  • High energy level and self-motivation -- even on the 80th call of the day.
  • Resilience: A "no" doesn't throw you off track.
  • Clear, quick comprehension and a good feel for people.
  • Initial experience in outbound sales / cold calling (B2B).
  • Experience is not absolutely necessary -- the main thing is that you are hungry.

Bonus:

  • Experience with D2C / E-commerce brands.
  • Experience with tools like Close, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience in agency sales or SaaS sales.
  • Experience in high-stakes environments (startups, performance teams).
