Your Responsibilities
For the Information and Counseling Services department within the Customer Service division, we are seeking several Case Workers (m/f/d) for the Service Center to start as soon as possible. You can work at our Berlin or Frankfurt (Oder) locations, or primarily from home (if requirements are met).
Key Tasks:
- Handling phone calls regarding questions about domestic pensions, contracts, EU pensions, insurance, and contributions, depending on your area of responsibility.
- Providing qualified and comprehensive information and status updates on cases, including related follow-up work.
- Performing selected case management tasks alongside phone duties.
- Representing the team lead in their absence, as delegated.
Our Requirements
You have:
- Training as a Social Insurance Specialist (specializing in statutory pension insurance) OR
- Completed vocational training and equivalent skills and experience acquired in pension insurance AND
- At least one year of professional experience in pension case management, including experience with electronic case files (eAkte) at a pension insurance institution.
What you bring:
- Proficient knowledge of pension, insurance, and contribution law (SGB I, IV, VI, IX) and relevant supplementary laws.

- Enjoy talking on the phone, are communicative, and like to help others.
