Requirements

Must have:

• Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor or FH Diploma) in IT or comparable qualification (e.g., IT-specific qualification) or completed vocational training in IT or comparable several years of practical experience in IT.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in IT regarding transition and administration with a focus on: Handling Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, Windows Terminal Server technology (Remote Desktop Session Host and RDS Deployment), Windows Update Service (WSUS), and Microsoft Key Management Service (KMS).
• Experience in complex PowerShell scripting.
• Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Cloud services.
• Experience in creating design concepts in Confluence is advantageous.
• Fluent German language skills.
• In addition to strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, customer orientation, strong team spirit, and a sense of responsibility complete your profile.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creation of standards and guidelines for DRV Bund IT.
• Conduct IT-specific analyses, develop and implement complex concepts or IT systems, and coordinate, plan, and execute IT processes.
• Monitor and control IT procedures, perform complex problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Plan, conceptualize, and document IT operational processes, and handle complex customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and control IT security and IT quality assurance measures.
• Prepare and conduct training sessions, and participate in project or working groups and committees (including inter-agency).
• Participate in on-call services on weekends and holidays.
• Occasional cross-location business trips between Berlin and Würzburg.
