SAP HCM Consultant Job (PT und ESS/MSS) (g.n.)
Your Role & Responsibilities
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for all SAP HCM-related inquiries, supporting business departments with their processes. You will actively shape the system landscape with your team and contribute your ideas to customizing. Whether it's training, documentation, or workshops, you'll assist our users in optimizing their system usage. You will take on project responsibility, from sub-projects to participation in cross-functional working groups. You will be responsible for analyses, reports, and evaluations that help business departments make informed decisions. You will be involved in the transformation to S/4HANA and support the integration of other systems.
Your Qualifications
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, (Business) Informatics) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM, ideally in ESS/MSS, Fiori Apps, or Time Management (PT)
- Very good knowledge of customizing and relevant HR process knowledge
- Experience in Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) is required
- Nice to have (but not required): Knowledge in Payroll (PY) and form management
- High motivation to learn new HR topics
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical, structured way of working, team spirit, and service orientation
