As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be the driving force behind successful IT projects and responsible for collaborating with a team of professionals. You will coordinate and inspire the team to lead complex IT projects to success and contribute to the company's growth. You are challenged to find creative solutions to set new standards in the cloud.
We are looking for you in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main. With your experience, especially with cloud and AI technologies, you will contribute to the further development of eBiz.
Your Role ☁️
- You plan IT projects regarding scope, resources, and scheduling.
- You monitor project progress and identify deviations and adjustments to schedule and budget.
- You independently assemble a team of IT professionals and coordinate their collaboration.
- You manage the budget and are responsible for risk management within the project.
- You inform stakeholders and ensure effective and transparent communication.
- You apply classic and agile project management methods (Scrum or Kanban) and use corresponding tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- You possess technical understanding for the cloud and functional understanding for customer needs.
- You are familiar with requirements management and can master project specification into the backlog.
- You communicate actively with customer-side contact persons.
- You look beyond the project "edge of the plate" and understand how to classify customer organizations.
- You support pre-sales activities.
Your Strengths 🚀
- You bring more than three years of experience as a Senior Project Manager (corporate environment), as well as initial leadership experience.
- You have a broad understanding of technical and functional aspects with a passion for cloud topics.
- You are capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously by prioritizing successfully.
- You find solutions, even when a situation becomes difficult.
- You are familiar with tools such as DevOps, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Planner.
- You have an understanding of risk management and can create risk mitigation plans.
- You want to drive agile project management and enjoy motivating your team to peak performance.
- You have clear communication, a meticulous and structured way of working in German and English.
- You are experienced in communicating appropriately with customers, service providers, and colleagues.
- AI is integrated into your daily work.
