Senior Sales Representative (m/f/d) -- Heavy Lift & Industrial Solutions

Location: Burghausen, Bavaria (Hybrid / Field-based)

Salary: €65,000 -- €75,000 gross per year + Bonus & Company Car

Experience: 5 -- 10 years

Your Role

In this senior position, you will act as a "hunter" with a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Burghausen--Passau corridor, focusing on high-stakes industrial projects and long-term partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying new market potential to closing complex service contracts.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively acquire new industrial customers and reactivate lapsed accounts within the region.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage prospecting, needs analysis, solution-based selling, professional proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with strategic partners, particularly within refineries and large-scale plant shutdown projects.
  • Strategy & Planning: Independently develop and execute territory plans to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical field service, contract administration, and dispatch teams to design tailored technical solutions for clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and identify new business fields and project opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity reports to ensure transparent sales tracking.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 5--10 years of demonstrable success in B2B solution selling, ideally within a technical or project-oriented industrial environment.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive "driver" who excels at new business acquisition and identifying market opportunities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and consult on complex technical services (experience in cranes, heavy lift, or construction is a major plus).
  • Location: You live within a ~45-minute radius of Burghausen and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Languages: Fluent German (C1/Native) is mandatory; good English skills are an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Resilient, highly self-organized, and an authentic communicator who takes full accountability for results.

Contract Details

  • Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Remote Policy: Hybrid (On-site focus during the first 6 months; thereafter regional field activity and home office).
  • Vacation: 28 days + 3 additional half-days (Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Shrove Tuesday).
  • Probation: 6 months.
