Why This Role Matters

Content is how our brand speaks to the world. We are looking for a creative and structured Content Manager who can both produce compelling digital content and build scalable content processes across regions and agencies. This role combines hands-on content creation with cross-regional project management. You will ensure our social media presence is engaging, consistent, and aligned with business objectives --- while also building the operational backbone that enables efficient, high-quality content production across Europe. If you are both creatively driven and process-oriented --- we want to meet you. This role is 100% remote-flexible from Germany.

Your Challenges:

  1. Lead content planning and coordination across agencies and European markets.

  2. Manage end-to-end content production workflows --- from briefing to publishing.

  3. Create and optimize SOPs, content guidelines and checklists.

  4. Ensure brand consistency and quality control across regions and platforms.

  5. Produce and edit engaging social media content, including short videos.

  6. Write compelling copy tailored to different digital platforms.

  7. Continuously improve efficiency and scalability of content operations.

Your Profile:

  1. 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital communications.

  2. Strong project management skills with experience coordinating agencies or cross-regional stakeholders.

  3. Experience building or optimizing content workflows and documentation.

  4. Experience in video shooting and editing (short-form content) and simple graphic creation tools (Canva).

  5. Copywriting skills with an understanding of social media tone and platform dynamics.

  6. Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.

  7. Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
