You'll actively shape the visual language of our five brands.\n\nThe focus is on Johnny Urban, but the other brands also have enormous potential waiting to be unlocked by you.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n* Idea Development: Develop creative concepts and visual themes for our social media channels and digital advertising campaigns.\n* Design & Implementation: From concept to final graphic -- independently create social ads, banners, newsletter graphics, animations, and other visual content that excites our target audience.\n* Marketplace Graphics: Assist in creating appealing graphics for our marketplace listings, especially on Amazon, as well as for our online shops.\n* Newsletter Design: Help design attractive and effective newsletter graphics that engage our customers and encourage clicks.\n* AI Integration: Gain initial experience and enjoy using AI tools to support graphic creation and optimization, and continue exploring their potential.\n* Image & Video Editing: Edit (motion) picture material from photo and video shoots.\n* Production Support: Occasionally support photo and video productions, assisting with planning and execution.\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or advertising agency.\n* Portfolio: A strong portfolio with a clear focus on digital media, especially social ads and campaigns.\n* Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud programs and video editing experience are a plus.\n* Passion: A keen sense for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling, with a strong affinity for lifestyle topics and social media.\n* Team Spirit: A communicative team player who enjoys conceptual work and is enthusiastic about operational execution.\n* AI Affinity: Initial experience with AI tools for graphic creation and optimization, and an openness to further explore and integrate them into your work.\n\nDon't have everything?
