Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the further development and operational implementation of controlling at ecotel, working closely with your colleagues and the Head of Controlling & Data Warehouse. You will be part of the budget and forecasting process, conducting thorough target-actual analyses to identify deviations and derive recommendations for action. You will actively support the creation and evaluation of business cases, providing the business foundation for strategic decisions. You will continuously develop our existing controlling processes and contribute new ideas to increase transparency and efficiency. You will act as a sparring partner for specialist departments and management, contributing significantly to the company's success through your analyses and reports. You will assist in setting up customer profitability accounting and a holistic view of revenue and cost flows. At the same time, you will ensure the fulfillment of classic controlling tasks -- from cost center accounting to reporting.

Your Profile:

A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable course of study, providing you with a solid foundation for your daily work. First or solid professional experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on planning, reporting, and analyses. Very good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with common ERP and reporting tools; interest in BI solutions (e.g., Power BI, Jedox) is a plus. Analytical thinking, a high affinity for numbers, and the ability to present complex issues precisely and understandably. Enjoyment in questioning and further developing processes and advancing controlling as a value-adding partner in the company. Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with specialist departments on solutions.
