Traineeship Opportunity: Assistant Account Executive, Healthcare PR
We are looking for you to join our 12-month traineeship within our Health Practice, under a permanent employment contract, at one of our offices in Cologne, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, or Munich.
What To Expect
- Gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing and healthcare PR.
- Learn how to effectively apply the marketing mix within the healthcare industry.
- Support the team in developing multi-channel communication strategies and campaigns and help implement them across both online and offline channels.
- Write and edit various types of content for different audiences --- from professional to consumer communications.
- Evaluate diverse communication and marketing activities.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders: colleagues, clients, service providers, and partner agencies.
- Work as part of an international team and exchange ideas on trends and projects with colleagues from other global offices.
What You Bring
- A university degree, for example in Business Administration or Media Studies.
- Ideally, some initial experience gained through internships or working student roles in marketing, healthcare, consumer goods, or lifestyle --- preferably in an agency environment.
- A strong talent for communication with excellent English skills and solid command of MS Office.
- An analytical mindset, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- A creative sense for visuals and storytelling and curiosity about current trends.
- A genuine interest in healthcare communication and enthusiasm for complex health topics.
What The Traineeship Means For You
- A permanent employment contract from day one.
- During the 12-month traineeship, you'll receive an above-average monthly salary of €2,500 plus a monthly travel allowance of €70.
- Upon successful completion, you'll be promoted to Account Executive with a monthly salary of €3,000.
