To strengthen our team at E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Process Manager/Senior Consultant for Connection Processes (m/f/d) at our Fürstenwalde, Demmin, or Potsdam locations as soon as possible.

A Challenging Role

  • In this position, you will manage and ensure the quality of grid connection processes within the scope of your responsibilities, including the associated data models and systems.
  • You will also be responsible for modeling and documenting processes, as well as developing and implementing process adaptation requirements, including coordination with stakeholders within the company and the group (PrOM organization).
  • You will implement process controlling in your area of responsibility, define quality measurement points, and conduct analyses and reporting.
  • Furthermore, you will introduce new process standards and be responsible for developing and implementing test and training concepts for users.
  • Within the scope of your activities, you will contribute to projects and corporate working groups.

A Convincing Background

  • You have successfully completed a degree (Diplom/Master) or a comparable qualification.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of activity and are proficient in using standard PC applications (MS Office).
  • From your studies or previous professional roles, you also have experience with IT systems, ideally including SAP, process management tools, and customer portal solutions.
  • You have a strong commitment to continuously improving processes and contributing your willingness to change.
  • Your work demonstrates a high degree of goal and customer orientation.
  • With analytical thinking, you find approaches to problem-solving and have the ambition to develop sustainable, innovative solutions.
  • You hold a driver's license class 3 or B.
