As a Demand Planner E-Commerce (m/f/d), you are the strategic navigator for our financial health. You bridge the gap between performance marketing and financial planning by transforming volatile market data into precise forecasts for the supply chain team. Your goal is to ensure that we are always capable of delivery and optimally positioned financially through accurate demand planning and forward-looking liquidity planning.

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning: You create precise inventory plans based on our performance marketing KPIs (CPA, AOV, CVR) for the supply chain.
• Financial Planning: You are responsible for cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, taking our marketing expenses into account.
• Analysis & Monitoring: You conduct in-depth analyses of the P&L and our cost structures to identify optimization potential.
• Reporting & Dashboards: You use Data Studio (Looker Studio) or similar BI tools to create and maintain transparent controlling dashboards.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience and ideally have already worked for an 8-figure e-commerce brand.
• You are an absolute power user in Google Sheets or Excel and can confidently build complex data models for forecasts.
• You possess the ability to recognize patterns in volatile markets and quickly understand complex relationships between ad spend and inventory.
• You have a proactive mindset to avoid financial bottlenecks or overstock situations early on through precise forecasts.
