About the Role

Do you love working with numbers and people? Then you're a perfect fit for us. We're looking for someone who not only takes care of customers but truly thinks along, helps shape, and pulls along. As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you'll take responsibility for exciting brands and help them reach the next level on marketplaces like Amazon or eBay. You'll keep an eye on KPIs, develop strategies, organize projects -- and be the face both externally and internally. Do you feel addressed? Then you're in the right place!

Responsibilities

  • Customer care with responsibility: You are the first point of contact for a fixed customer base and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • Strategy development: You think about how we can achieve even more together -- whether it's increasing sales, improving visibility, or new product ideas.
  • Love numbers: You analyze accounts, draw the right conclusions from the data, and suggest smart optimizations.
  • Show successes: You prepare reports, present them understandably -- and like to celebrate the results with the team.
  • Nurture relationships: You build real trust with your customers -- long-term and in partnership.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in account management or a similar role -- preferably in e-commerce or an agency.
  • KPIs, ROAS, CTR & Co. don't scare you, but rather make you curious.
  • You are a strong communicator -- whether in calls, emails, or presentations (German & English).
  • You work in a structured way, think solution-oriented, and like to tackle things yourself.
  • You are customer-oriented, proactive, and eager to make a real difference.
