Together with the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences (HfWU), we offer you the opportunity to gain practical professional experience while simultaneously completing your MBA in Digital Marketing & Sales.
Your Advantage:
The part-time Digital MBA program combines your tasks within the company with a two-year, system-accredited course of study in Digital Marketing & Sales at HfWU. During your studies, you will acquire practical know-how in digital management and marketing strategies while working on exciting projects in our company.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service with Responsibility:
- You are the first point of contact for a fixed customer base and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Strategy Development:
- You think about how we can achieve even more together -- whether it's increasing revenue, improving visibility, or developing new product ideas.
Project Management:
- You bring internal teams (Content, Performance Marketing, Support) together and ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Love for Numbers:
- You analyze accounts, draw the right conclusions from data, and propose smart optimizations.
Showcasing Success:
- You prepare reports, present them understandably -- and enjoy celebrating the results with the team.
Nurturing Relationships:
- You build genuine trust with your clients -- long-term and in a partnership.
Qualifications:
Customer Focus:
- Enjoy direct contact with customers and the ability to recognize and meet their needs.
Analytical Skills:
- KPIs, ROAS, CTR & Co. don't intimidate you; they make you curious.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

Academic Requirements:
- Completed first degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) to fulfill the admission requirements for the MBA.
