Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Business Analyst based in Munich, with opportunities to work from home. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and supporting the development of strategies and solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met and fostering communication with stakeholders to identify and address challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and work with data effectively
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and developing Business Requirements
- Strong Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration
- Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience with relevant tools and methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous
