Your Responsibilities

• Actively participate in project selection for civil engineering, underground construction, and road construction.
• Analyze and evaluate tender documents for your specialist area.
• Independently create cost estimates and detailed bid calculations.
• Coordinate inquiries and evaluations of subcontractor services.
• Coordinate offers closely with department management and project stakeholders.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience as a calculator, construction manager, or site manager in civil engineering, underground construction, or road construction.
• Knowledge of calculation software (ideally RIB iTWO) and MS Office is a matter of course for you.
• You have extensive knowledge of current pricing and performance standards as well as the local subcontractor and supplier market.
• Teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking, and a reliable working style characterize you.
