Job Description

Are you looking for a new professional challenge as a System Administrator (m/f/d) to manage our clients' IT infrastructures? Then you've come to the right place! We are seeking a technically adept, communicative personality to support our technical team at the Mainz location, someone who wants to take on project responsibility and develop professionally. As the primary point of contact and consultant for our clients, you will lead IT infrastructure projects for the setup and reorganization of infrastructure, holding technical responsibility for their implementation. Your Tasks at a Glance:

Management of server, storage, network, and IT security areas, as well as projects in the IT administration environment
Installation and administration of Microsoft server and client systems (physical and virtual) for our clients, as well as analysis and troubleshooting
Conception and maintenance of all services in a Windows network
Selection, procurement, installation, and documentation of IT systems according to client orders
Independent creation of IT requirements definitions, IT concepts, and IT security policies, as well as presentation of results to management
Responsibility for the implementation of your concepts and advising our clients regarding our services

Your Profile. Your Qualifications:

At least 3 years of professional experience as a system administrator (ideally in an IT system house)
Good knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN)
Comprehensive experience in IT environments with common Windows server and client operating systems
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (HyperV and/or VMware)
Extensive experience in the Microsoft Cloud - Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure etc. desirable
Ideally, experience with alternative operating systems (e.g., MacOS or Linux)
Strong service and customer orientation
High motivation, communication skills, resilience, self-confidence, and teamwork ability
