EIP is seeking a new patent attorney with experience in patent litigation to join our Dusseldorf office. Our patent litigation practice is growing rapidly, and we need talented professionals to manage increased work demands from existing and new clients.

As the first patent attorney litigator in our German office, you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to a variety of cases. This is an exciting chance to be part of EIP's development and strengthen its position as a leading European patent litigation team.

About The Litigation Team

Formed in November 2011, our multi-award-winning patent litigation practice is highly successful and well-regarded in legal directories. Our cross-border team operates in Germany and the UK, serving clients in two key European patent litigation jurisdictions. We combine experienced specialist patent litigators with a wide range of technical expertise from our patent attorneys, offering a unique blend of skills to evaluate cases both technically and legally.

Experience, Skills And Qualifications

• Qualified German and European patent attorney
• Experience in high-value and complex patent litigation matters
• 4-7 years of experience as a qualified attorney
• Technical background in a high-tech area (telecoms, software, and emerging technologies are common areas)
