Junior Developer (Python / Full-Stack)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-agency Full-Stack Engineer to bridge the gap between traditional software development and cutting-edge AI implementation. In this role, you won't just write code; you will architect solutions that combine Python APIs, modern web frameworks, and low-code automation to drive real efficiency for our clients. Working side-by-side with Engineering leadership, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our technical strategy, turning abstract business needs into scalable, AI-driven reality.

What You Will Do

• Full-Stack Development: Work on feature development across our APIs and web platforms (Python, Nuxt).

• AI Implementation: Apply AI technology to real-world applications, driving AI adoption for clients ranging from SMBs to large Enterprises.

• Architectural Thinking: Translate abstract business requirements into clean, scalable code and logic.

• Process Automation: Identify and implement low-code automation and process optimization solutions for internal projects (n8n, OpenAI).

• Collaborate: Work closely (daily) with the Engineering leadership to iterate on products and strategy.

Who You Are

You are a developer who is excited about solving business problems with technology and understands that code is a means to an end. You have a strong foundational understanding of Computer Science, but you are not dogmatic. You use the best tool for the job, whether that is writing raw Python or configuring a low-code workflow.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: A formal degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Experience: 1--3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Tech Stack: Strong familiarity with Python.

Desirable Skills:

• Frontend: Familiarity with any modern JavaScript framework.

• Modern Tooling: Experience using AI coding assistants in professional environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development without losing understanding of the underlying logic.

• Translation and/or interpreting tech: Experience with translation management systems (memoQ, Phrase, Trados, XTM, etc.) and/or speech translation solutions.

• Low-Code/No-Code: Technical or conceptual experience with low-code environments to automate business logic.
