Sales Manager New Business E-Mobility (m/w/d & fully remote)
About the Role
We are scaling in the B2B market for e-mobility, CO2 certificates, and energy solutions. For this, we are looking for a Sales Manager with drive and ownership.
You will actively build market share, focusing on municipal utilities, fleet operators, charging infrastructure providers, and software providers. You will work directly on revenue, with a real impact on our growth.
You can expect short decision-making processes, direct access to management, and 100% remote flexibility. Results count.

Responsibilities
- You will actively shape our B2B sales strategy.
- You will acquire new customers and build your own portfolio.
- You will conduct pitches, demos, and negotiations up to closing.
- You will represent Ecoturn at events and strategically expand your network.
- Leads and contact data will be provided. Your focus is on conversion.
- You will manage your funnel in the CRM and continuously optimize our sales processes.
- You will work directly with management and product. Short paths. Quick decisions.
Qualifications
- You are convincing in conversations and have a hunter mentality.
- You work in a structured and KPI-oriented manner.
- E-mobility, energy, or THG quota are not foreign words to you. Or you want to dive deep into them.
- You have achieved demonstrable success in sales.
- CRM experience is a plus. HubSpot is not a must. We will train you.
