Manager Customer Expansion Strategy – Bad Homburg (Full-Time)

The CMH team is focused on increasing access to care and improving treatment adoption for individuals managing obesity. Recognizing the multifaceted nature of chronic condition management and the continued importance of primary care, this role will spearhead customer expansion initiatives across various specialties, with a significant emphasis on primary care. The position involves coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance engagement, education, and adoption among diverse healthcare audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a customer expansion roadmap aligned with overarching brand objectives.
  • Define strategic priorities, goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide engagement across relevant specialties.
  • Lead the creation of primary care-focused engagement strategies informed by research, customer feedback, and field insights.
  • Collaborate with adjacent business units to identify opportunities for coordinated customer engagement and shared initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of regional initiatives to strengthen local execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner closely with medical, commercial, and operations teams to optimize customer journeys and engagement touchpoints.
  • Adapt global materials and develop local content for digital and omnichannel activities, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, including adoption, reach, and partnership effectiveness, to drive ongoing optimization.
  • Utilize segmentation tools and analytics to refine targeting and support personalized engagement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in brand management, marketing, or strategy roles.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical skills with experience in segmentation, customer insights, and omnichannel execution.
  • Primary care experience is a plus.
