Your Responsibilities

In your 3-year apprenticeship, you will become an organizational talent with a great overview! Together with your team, you will dive deep into the world of administration – from human resources management and financial processes to operational day-to-day business. You will learn how to design processes efficiently, support important tasks, and help ensure that our service remains at the top level. And because we want to give you a comprehensive understanding, you will also get a taste of other areas such as sales and technology – for your 360° understanding of a modern company.

Your Profile

• You have (or will soon have) your Abitur (or equivalent) in the bag.
• You are interested in economic processes and administrative procedures.
• You enjoy working in a structured manner, are communicative, and have a good feel for numbers and people.
• You want to take on responsibility and develop further in a supportive team.
