Your Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition: You will focus entirely on acquiring new B2B customers in your region.
  • Partnership Building: You will present our sustainable textile solutions and convince with your personality.
  • Price Negotiation: You will conduct contract and price negotiations confidently and with clear goals.
  • Teamwork: You will work closely with the inside sales team to successfully close deals.
  • Network Expansion: You will build a strong network within the hotel and gastronomy industry to acquire new customers.

Your Profile

  • Sales Passion / Hunting: You will make initial contact via phone and acquire new customers in the field (no existing customer support) in your region.
  • Sales Experience: Ideally, you have experience as a Sales Manager (m/f/d), Sales Representative (m/f/d), or Account Manager (m/f/d). As a New Business Hunter (m/f/d), you also bring the relevant experience.
  • Self-Organization: You work in a structured manner and are experienced in using CRM and digital tools.
  • Mobility: You have a valid driver's license (Class B) and travel to customers personally.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the hotel or gastronomy sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
