Your Tasks

• Power BI: Development, maintenance, and further development of our dashboards for sales performance, lead management, and KPI and forecast tracking.
• Data Management: Connection, cleaning, and structuring of relevant data from CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), marketing and partner sources, as well as regional Excel and CSV files.
• Management Reporting: Creation of meaningful decision-making bases for monthly controlling, reviews, kick-offs, and forecast rounds.
• Automation: Further development of our reporting towards stable, automated BI views and reduction of manual Excel processes.

Your Profile

• Studies: Ongoing studies, e.g., in Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with an Analytics focus, or a comparable field.
• Numerical Understanding: Very good understanding of numbers and enjoyment of transforming complex issues into clear, clean models.
• Power BI: Practical experience in Power BI, especially in data models, measures, and visuals.
• Excel: Good knowledge of Excel, ideally including PowerQuery and structured data preparation.
• Data Competence: Initial experience with relational data or CRM structures is an advantage.
• Work Approach: Structured, independent approach -- you don't work according to a fixed specification, but on real issues.
• Languages: German at native or very good level, English fluent in speaking and writing.
