About Us
For our client, a growing and dynamic e-commerce company with ambitious expansion plans in national and international marketplaces, we are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Manager (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
- You will provide comprehensive support to our team and management throughout the entire employee lifecycle and will be their first point of contact.
- You will create employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and all other relevant HR documents.
- You will independently manage and execute the entire onboarding and offboarding process.
- You will take over preparatory payroll accounting, working closely with our external payroll accounting.
- You will maintain and update our HR software (e.g., Personio) and carefully manage all personnel files.
- You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process -- from appointment scheduling, communication, and applicant management to conducting interviews and coordinating with headhunters.
- You will optimize and build HR processes and implement People & Culture projects from the initial idea to operational execution.
- You will design and moderate inspiring team workshops on topics related to work culture, team values, leadership, and collaboration.
- You will establish strong talent and development management, foster potential, support further development, and build sustainable learning and career paths.
- You will take responsibility for our occupational safety, developing, managing, and anchoring all measures related to occupational safety and safety culture.
- You will support the team in daily office operations and organize internal team events for a positive working environment.
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree, ideally supplemented by a qualification as a certified HR specialist.
- You have initial professional experience in People & Culture and have already worked in operational HR day-to-day business.
- You are proficient in using the HR software Personio.
- You work routinely with payroll-relevant HR data; knowledge of preparatory payroll accounting is a plus.
- You ideally have basic knowledge of labor law -- not a must, but an advantage.
- You enjoy building new structures and establishing modern standards.
- You combine conceptual strength with a real hands-on mentality.
- You convince with strong communication skills, empathy, and a good feel for culture and people.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, digital environment and value close collaboration.
- You have fluent German and English skills in written and spoken form.
