Working Student (m/f/d) Production & Digitalization

What awaits you

We are driving the digital transformation of manufacturing and creating transparency across key performance indicators and processes. As a working student, you will be right in the middle of it: You will ideally support us for 15 hours per week in various areas, taking on your own tasks and realizing smaller projects.

Your Focus Areas

• Smart Manufacturing: Support with digital solutions for production, e.g., paperless processes, data acquisition, and traceability.
• Production Control: Collaboration in the control of orders, material flows, and capacities for greater transparency on the shop floor.
• KPIs & Reporting: Participation in the analysis of key figures, ensuring data quality, and creating clear reports for regular reviews.

What you will work on with us

• Getting hands-on in day-to-day operations and independently handling small work packages
• Support in preparing and validating key figures, including deviation/trend analysis
• Participation in projects for the digitalization and optimization of production processes

What sets you apart:

• Studies in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, or similar; basic studies completed
• Interest in KPI management, digitalization in production, and modern manufacturing concepts
• Structured, pragmatic approach, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Very good German language skills
• Proficient with MS Office; willingness to learn MES/ERP/BI systems
