Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated, communicative, and service-oriented personality to strengthen our HR Advertising both in consulting and operationally. If you love working professionally with clients, partners, and subject matter experts, shaping processes, and at the same time have high quality standards, then we look forward to your application as Senior Consultant HR Advertising (m/f/d)!

Your Tasks:

• Strategic and operational national and international client support in media consulting, planning, and booking
• International contract and partner management as well as job board piloting
• Planning, placement, and optimization of national and international online and print job advertisements
• Holistic campaign management including optimization consulting and implementation
• Project controlling and support in revenue and budget planning
• Creation of monthly and customer-specific reports, conducting analyses, and deriving concrete recommendations for action – also in an international context
• Preparation and execution of presentations as well as attending client appointments at national and international level
• Support and optimization of technical interfaces
• Creation of market and competitor analyses for strategic consulting of our clients
• Creation of needs-based billing

Profile

• Profound and many years of experience in HR Advertising, job ad management, talent acquisition, or a comparable role, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
• Initial leadership experience desirable
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken – you navigate confidently in international discussions, presentations, and negotiations
• Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working both strategically and operationally
• Experience in collaborating with managers and stakeholders
• Very good communication and negotiation skills combined with high consulting competence
• Routine in using applicant management systems, SuccessFactors desirable
• Confident use of O365, especially PowerPoint, for creating professional presentations
