Structured, transparent, and always with a view to sustainable results.\n\n## Your Tasks\n\n* Together with experienced colleagues, you will support our B2B clients in the areas of CRM, inbound marketing, and marketing automation – operationally and conceptually.\n* You will capture requirements from marketing and sales, structure them, and accompany their implementation in HubSpot.\n* You will work on implementing new HubSpot instances or analyze and optimize existing setups.\n* You will integrate forms, landing pages, and connected systems and ensure clean data flows.\n* You will identify optimization potential along the customer journey and implement concrete improvements directly.\n* You will advise clients on HubSpot functions as well as marketing, sales, and CRM processes and explain interrelationships in an understandable and practical way.\n\n## Your Qualifications\n\n* You are open to new things, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a team. At the same time, you are eager to take on responsibility and develop yourself further.\n* You are digitally savvy and interested in CRM, online marketing, and automation.
