We are looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for our sales pipeline from day one, close deals, and strategically expand our customer relationships. You will convincingly represent Empion externally and turn interest into revenue.
Your Impact:
- Full Sales Responsibility: As an Account Executive, you are responsible for revenue and growth; you independently lead leads to closing.
- Identify & Qualify: You identify potential customers, their needs, qualify them cleanly, and persistently follow up until the deal is done.
- Close Deals: You strategically manage negotiations, argue with added value, and guide customers to closing.
- Improve What Slows You Down: You contribute your own ideas to make our sales process more efficient, scalable, and successful -- hands-on instead of theory.
- Generate Leads: You present yourself confidently at trade fairs and events, build new contacts, and turn them into real sales opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B experience as an Account Executive or Sales Manager
- Level: Mid-Level/Senior
- Areas of Activity: Sales, Distribution, Account Management, Key Account Management
- Language: Fluent German (native/C2) and English for internal communication.
- Nice to have: You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
