Your Role at a Glance:

  • Position: Online Trainee Marketing
  • Duration: 12 months, with the goal of transitioning to Junior Online Marketing Manager
  • Location: Berlin (Hackescher Markt)

Your Tasks:

During the 12-month trainee program, you will learn all relevant areas of online marketing and deepen your knowledge, including:

  • Performance Marketing: Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
  • Campaign Management: Building and optimizing campaigns.
  • Landing Pages: Creation and optimization.
  • A/B Testing: Execution and analysis.
  • Email Marketing: Conception and implementation of campaigns.
  • SEO and Website Optimization: Strategies for increasing visibility and user-friendliness.

What You Bring:

  • Completed university degree (Marketing is a plus, but not required).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in image/video editing (e.g., with Gemini, Sora, Canva, or CapCut) is a plus.
  • Motivation to learn new topics and enthusiasm for the blend of creative and analytical work.
